About the Company
We are established since 20 July 1983, now we have more than 300 employees. SSDC commenced training for motorcycle riders since 1 April 1985 and motorcar drivers since 1 September 1985.
Mission
SSDC, a private establishment, was set up to support part of the long term road safety strategy of the Government. Our mission is to foster both riders and drivers with excellent skills, knowledge and manners for safe riding and driving.
Vision
With constant upgrading and training on road safety as our top priority, Singapore will have the safest drivers and riders in the region.
Fees
The duration of each practical lesson is 120 minutes and the advantages are:
- Fee per minute is cheaper for 120 minutes session compared to 100 minutes- 120 minutes session to acquire required skills faster and efficiently
- Fewer sessions to complete practical course
- Less frequent travel to attend practical lesson
